Install and Run FLAMES on an Offline Computer

January 25, 2023 — The latest release of the FLAMES Launcher now offers an easy way to install and run FLAMES products on an offline computer that does not have an internet connection. This capability can be accessed in the “Settings” page of the Launcher, and the process is clearly documented.

“We know that many of our customers develop and run their simulations on offline computers,” said Ternion President Brad Spearing. “The new release of the Launcher allows FLAMES to be installed and used on offline computers in almost the same way that it is installed and used on computers that are connected to the Internet.”

If you have already installed the FLAMES Launcher, you will be prompted to update it automatically the next time you use it. If you do not have the FLAMES Launcher yet, click here to install it.
